ROOIBOS TEA

Rooibos is a South African bush whose prickly bark and leaves are dried in the sun and cut into small pieces, which then form the basis of the decoction. Its tea contains many cell-protective flavonoids that are known for their antioxidant effects. Rich in decaffeinated minerals (calcium, manganese, fluorine, magnesium, copper), its tannin content is low, and due to its antioxidant properties it slows down aging. It has an invigorating effect in the morning, a thirst-quenching effect during the day and a relaxing effect in the evening.
